Historic Downtown Columbia, also referred to as Muletown, is only a 10 minute drive away. Columbia brings in over 200,000 people for the annual, week long, "Mule Day" celebration. Enjoy music, dancing, and art, in addition to the mules. Mule Day 2026 April 9th-12th.
Year round you can enjoy local historic museums, art, shop small businesses, and explore our charming downtown. We also have plenty of scenic parks with play grounds and walking trails that are fun for the whole family.
Franklin, TN
You cannot miss visiting Historic Downtown Franklin, only 39 minutes away from the farmhouse. Filled with boutique shops and restaurants, you'll feel like you're walking through a movie scene. Close by is the shopping mall: Cool Springs Galleria. Enjoy other family activities like escape rooms, ropes course obstacles, mini golf, go karts, bowling, parks, and museums.
